| When talking about cooking, Frederick Sommer would stress finding the best ingredients available that day. Once he had started making collages he needed to find old abandoned books with beautiful reproductions. This collage was made from a very large volume on human anatomy, published for medical students and doctors. It contained foldout pages full of sensitive renderings of masterful dissections of the human body. |
